Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail boxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email account you would like to forward mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
